For a coach-led stay, your group brings its own coach and programme. For Our Own Retreats, Dear Hill organises the programme, facilitators, staff and agreed retreat service. These are separate packages with individual proposals; the venue-only tariffs do not apply.

Yes. Every Dear Hill retreat includes exclusive use of the entire location and the separate coach apartment. There are no parallel guest groups.

No. Dear Hill is offered exclusively for group retreats. Individual room bookings and per-room tariffs are not available.

Leadership and team coaches, retreat facilitators and seminar hosts can bring their own group and programme. Teams and blended families can also enquire about Our Own Retreats, with programme and hosting organised by Dear Hill.

Exclusive use of the location, the five guest rooms, the separate coach apartment, the two communal rooms, the approximately 60 m² workshop studio and the quiet room. For Our Own Retreats, Dear Hill also organises the programme, facilitation and agreed retreat service. Specific services and setup requirements are agreed in your proposal.

No. Retreat Weekend (€2,790 for 2 nights) and Deep Work Retreat (€4,990 for 4 nights), each for up to 10 participants, are proposed tariffs awaiting approval. Your individual proposal confirms price, taxes, services and booking terms.

Up to 12 sleeping places depending on room sharing and use of the sofa beds. The standard proposed packages cover up to 10 participants. For 11–12 participants, please request an individual occupancy plan and price.

Rooms 1 and 2 each have a king-size double bed and one possible extra sleeping place on a sofa bed. Room 3 has one oversized bed for four people, suited to people comfortable sharing, such as a close group or children. Rooms 4 and 5 are single rooms. Each room has its own bathroom with a shower.

No. There are five guest rooms in the main house. Larger groups need to share rooms and beds. We will discuss the arrangement with you before you commit.

No. It is included in every retreat. It has two bedrooms, a living room, its own kitchen, a bathroom and a separate WC. Coach occupancy is agreed individually.

The approximately 60 m² space can be discussed as a coworking space, a gym or movement room, a maker space with a selection of tools, or a media production studio. These are possible setups, not promises of installed equipment. Please confirm every requirement in advance.

The main house has a fireplace and wine room, plus a dining room with a bar. Both can also support workshop sessions, depending on the atmosphere you want. A separate quiet room can be used for individual or small-group conversations, meditation or massage sessions you arrange.

No inclusion is promised on this website. Tell us about catering, equipment, movement or treatment requirements. Availability, providers, costs and the agreed service scope must be confirmed in your proposal.
